Big Firm Experience & Training

Walsh’s primary legal experience and training comes from his work with the partners of a large, national law firm called Holland & Knight.  After working almost two years in Boston as a business litigator in a firm called Pepe & Hazard, Walsh joined Holland & Knight’s Providence office to practice in its Complex Commercial Litigation Section and its White Collar Defense Section.  At Holland & Knight, Walsh worked closely with one of Rhode Island’s best attorneys, William P. Devereaux, and participated in many of Holland & Knight’s internal training programs for litigation.

When some of the partners in this Providence office established a smaller business law firm called Pannone, Lopes & Devereaux, Walsh joined this firm to continue working with Devereaux and the other business litigators.  Working with these partners, Walsh garnered significant experience in complex business litigation and white collard defense.  With the financial support of this firm, Walsh also had the unique opportunity to join an ownership group of an emerging shipyard that was seeking to establish a facility in Texas.  Since joining the Texas Bar and moving his practice to Dallas, Walsh has continued with his practice in business litigation and white collar defense.
